Brent Sager grew up locally in Forsyth, Missouri. After schooling, he pursued a career in retail management. Brent gained most of his sales experience while working for Petland. He started working for the company in 2008 as a sales associate and was promoted to store manager within a very short period of time. After running the store for just two months, Brent had increased sales by 20%. One year later, due to his can-do attitude, customer service skills, and high efficiency, he was promoted to Sales manager for the largest Petland in the world! While working in this superstore, Brent was in charge of all hiring and firing, sales training, marketing, and team development. A year after that, Brent continued to increase sales for the company and was promoted to District Sales and Marketing Manager.
By 2012, Brent had hit the glass ceiling and decided to change his endeavors toward real estate. Success continued to follow him as he was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2013. Brent’s drive and dedication to the Tri-Lakes Board of Realtors® continues to shine through his commitments. Over the years he’s held titles such as Chair of numerous committees and Director for the Tri-Lakes Board of Realtors (TLBOR). Brent served TLBOR as the 2017 Secretary / Treasurer, was voted in as President Elect for 2018 and will serve as President in 2019.
Brent knows that continuing education is extremely important, which is why he pursued and obtained his CRS Designation (Certified Residential Specialist). This is a designation that only 3% of Realtor’s nationwide have achieved. He has also completed both the local and Missouri State level leadership academies and went back to Real Estate school in 2016 and earned his Brokers License. He continues attending educational seminars to date, as he knows it will help him grow and elevate his service as a Realtor® and to the local community.
Brent is a public advocate who invests in the Branson community. He has served many years on the Leadership Team for The Relay for Life of Stone & Taney Counties. Brent is also a Chamber Ambassador for the Branson Chamber of Commerce.
